I think English is really important nowadays, is a universal language and in today society where the world can all connect, is really important to know how to communicate with other people. When I started my school education is when I first started learning English, they teach us English at a young age, so I think that having a good base is really important to learn anything. When I enter university I already knew English, so it was easier for me and having English here helped me to review my use of English. In the class the teacher make us make blogs, and I think it is a very fun way to practice the writing, so I really would recommend this teaching method because is not a monotone way  to teach. There are definitely things that I need to improve; I am bad at writing even in my birth language so in English is more difficult. I think that to master a language you need to go to the place where it is spoken so I would like to travel to an English speaking country. I

I am currently studying Pharmacy at the Chemistry faculty of Chile University; I think there are some good points of the faculty and also some things that need to be changed. The curriculum that I am studying today is the new one, it was implemented in 2015; I personally don´t have any problem with the new curriculum I really like it, at least for now. The career lasts 10 semesters and I think that is too much, in developed countries the duration of most of the careers are approximately 3 years, so I think that we are spending our money needlessly and we have to short our study duration. The faculty facilities are the ones that really needs a change, the buildings are way too old and even the laboratories and the equipment; I think that is really important to have a nice place to study and that helps the emotional state of the student. Every summer holiday my family and I go to Tongoy, a small city located in the north of Santiago; we go there because is my mother’s birth place so all of my mother’s family members reunite there to celebrate the New Year, Tongoy has a nice beach suitable for bathing so my brother and I enjoy spending time there; we usually spend like 3 weeks there and then return home.  Even though I really enjoy my time in Tongoy, after a week or so I became really bored, because I don´t have a friend of my age to spend the time with, and also there are not much activities to do in that small city, so I would prefer going somewhere else, like a big city with a beach and a lot of activities to do or even travelling abroad, all of this with a group of friends. All of my mother’s family members go to Tongoy so I spend the holiday with my 3 aunts, my 2 uncles, my 2 cousins and my father, mother and brother; but as I said, I would like to spend some time of my holiday with friends, both my college

Today I am going to talk about a hallucinogen drug called LSD; the LSD was created in 1938 by a scientist named Albert Hofmann, it is a psychedelic drug that produces psychological effects. Their effects can be hallucination with closed and open eyes, distortion in the perception of time and the disturbance of perception, awareness and feelings. It is used as a recreational illegal drug and in some countries is a legal drug under medical prescription in psychotherapy.   Personally I have tried a drug of abuse, the alcohol, but that doesn’t mean that I abuse of it because I am not very fond of drinking alcohol so I don’t use it frequently. Even though the LSD doesn´t produce addiction, their use can produce adverse psychiatric reactions, like anxiety, paranoia and delusions. The person who consumes the drug can experience emotional changes either sadness to euphoria, also an increase of interpersonal relations, produce a creative impulse and of course it produce hallucination.

In the future when I finish my studies in Pharmacy, I would like to have a PhD degree; I think that having a post grade nowadays is really important; to be a good professional, you need to keep studying, because the information that we have is always changing. Firstly, I would take diplomacy in clinical pharmacy, because I am very interested in that area and that will allow me to gain more knowledge about medical treatments and how the drug affects the patient, and then I would be able to apply it in the job. My final goal is to have a PhD degree in Pharmacology that way I could do research about the treatment of different pathologies and the effect of the drug on the patient. I would like to continue my studies abroad, in countries advance on the areas of drugs and pathologies research. I think that to be able to pay for my post grade studies I would have to take a job while I continue my studies; then after obtaining the diplomacy, I would find a good job that let me apply

In the future I would like a job that challenge me to do multiple task and not monotone ones, to always be doing different things; I am very interested in the area of research, in the actuality I am studying Pharmacy, so being able to study the drug and create new ones would be pretty amazing; I also like the clinical area of the career, to work in the hospital looking for the best way to treat the patient, sounds very interesting to me. I imagine myself working of both areas, either working with laboratory machines or working with people. I would really like to work outdoors, but the job I like is more an indoor job, so it would not bother me so much working on the inside. My dream is to travel around the world, so if my job gives me the chance to travel abroad I would take the opportunity. I would like to be paid good money, I don’t ask it to be a giant sum of money, but if the salary is good I would be more than happy. I am thinking of taking a major in the future, I do

When I have free time I enjoy to do a lot of things, firstly playing the piano, wherever I have the time I start playing; and secondly reading books, ever since I remember I always loved to read. When I play the piano I try learning new songs, watching youtube videos or reading the music sheet. I read a lot of different books, but recently I prefer horror or mystery books. I started playing the piano 3 years ago, but when I was a child I had a little piano toy, it was my favourite; and I remember, when I was a child, before going to bed my mother will always read me a book, I think thats why I love to read. For me, the ear or the sense of hearing is one of the most impressive part of the human body, because it´s able to transmit the signals of what enters to it and send them to the brain, that’s why I am able to listen and enjoy my favourite music. The role of the ear is principally detect, transmit and convert the sound in electric impulses it also has the function of maintaining our balance sense; the ear is an extremely developed organ, but in the case of the human, it isn´t very developed. One of my most memorable holidays was my school study tour in 2015; I went to Camboriu, Brazil, with all my classmates, the trip lasted one week only but it was the right amount of time to fully enjoy our time there. Hello and welcome to my blog 💖; my name is Constanza Herrera I was born on August 17th 1998 in Santiago, when I was 10 years old I moved to Osorno, so the most part of my adolescence was there. Nowadays I'm living in Santiago again and studying Pharmacy at the University of Chile. I have one brother named Rodrigo, he is younger than me and we get along quite well. I love reading, watching TV series, playing the piano, go out with friends and camping; when I was living in Osorno I was part of the Scout group for 6 years, there I had the best adventures of my life. I'm not very good at sport even though I had try many like basketball, volleyball, handball and skating, It doesn´t mean that I have them I really like watching some of them.
